Weld Procedure Qualification (bends / tensile):

Plate or Pipe 3/8” thick or less = $480.00

Plate or Pipe greater than 3/8” thick but less than Ύ” = $530.00

Plate or Pipe greater than 3/4” thick  = $580.00

Welder Qualification (bends):

Plate = $200.00

Pipe =  $300.00

Supplemental Test:

PWHT = $35.00 per hour

Hardness Test = $70.00 per set of 3 readings, (Weld, Base, Heat Affected Zone).

Impact Test = $210.00 each with minimum of 3 each, (Weld, Base, Heat Affected Zone, or 3 base).

Macro’s

Remove, Prepare, Etch and Examine   1 each $105,  2 – 4  $90 each, 5 + $70 each.
